- Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted.

- Gift cards
- Personalized or customized items
- Items marked as final sale
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Pack the Item: Safely package the item, including the RA number and any documentation provided, in the original packaging if possible.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
3. Refund Process
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be return via cash.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, if the item is not returned in its original condition, we may deduct a percentage of the refund for any loss in value.
4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. The returned item will be processed for a refund according to our policy.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
